- Work execution : Hard copies of the documents are scanned and put through OCR, manual keying and cleanup is done; or conversion from softcopy formats to other formats specified by the customer is carried out.
- Quality checking : Proofreading and formatting checks are done and the errors are corrected.
- Project delivery : Delivery is made by FTP on a secure server ID and downloaded by the customer.
